I represent indigent criminal defendants through accepting court appointments. I believe that someone has to insure the justice system is unbiased and provides the same rights to all persons no matter what crime they have been accused of committing.

Estate Planning

We assist in basic wills, statutory durable power of attorney, medical power of attorney, living wills, and declarations of guardianship in advance of me documents. You never know when you will leave this world, and I provide peace of mind that your last wishes will be reflected in these documents.

About

Robert is a graduate of St. Mary's University School of Law. He interned with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas (Child Support Division) which gave him a real life introduction to his chosen career. Upon graduation, Robert established his own practice, focusing on family law, indigent criminal defense, and estate planning. As a member of the Coast Guard auxiliary, Robert is a legal Assistance attorney, providing legal services to active duty, reserve, retired, dependent, and separated veterans of the United States Coast Guard and other uniform services personnel.
